PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the MintClub Rewards, that is operated by Mint Salon LLC. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Mint Salon for products, services or otherwise. Mint Salon reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate MintClub Rewards and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to MintClub Rewards at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in MintCLub Rewards confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to MintClub Rewards. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in MintCLub Rewards.

This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use MintClub Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Mint reserves the right to terminate MintCLub Rewards account if customers fail to comply with Mint Salons cancelation policy.

MintClub Rewards is one way in which Mint Salon endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business, and purchasing Mint Salon services & products. Members of MintClub Rewards are able to earn rewards annually and quarterly, as well as pop-up rewards as Mint chooses. Many of these rewards are sent via e-mail.

MINTCLUB CASH

For each dollar you spend on services and retail purchases using cash or check as a payment method, you will receive 2% back in points that you can use when making retail purchases. Points expire 1 (one) year from the date they are earned. Points may take up to 7 days to reflect on your account.

We reserve the right to cancel or discontinue this portion of the MintClub Rewards at any point without notice.

Enroll in MintClub Rewards by signing up in person at Mint Salon. Joining the club is free.

Miscellaneous

There is no membership fee associated with MintClub Rewards. There are four rewards a year. other rewards accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.

Rewards under the MintClub are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others. You may have only one (1) MintClub Rewards account.

Mint reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in MintClub Rewards if Mint Salon determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.

Mint reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the MintClub Rewards program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you, as well as modify, or discontinue scheduled rewards and pop-up rewards.
